Hey I’m Tara,
A curly 30(ish), ex Financial Adviser, Mummy, ex-South London girl (now country bumpkin) and the other half to a pretty amazing man.
I am no stranger to being broke, to struggle and misfortune, I spent the first couple of decades of my life pretty poor. So if that’s your current existence- I- GET- IT and I’m here to help.
My fate changed when I fell pregnant with our amazing son 7 years ago. I was working in a banking job in central London, and just knew I wouldn’t get to be the ‘present’ mummy I wanted to be if I didn’t quit and find another way!
After a huge meltdown whilst staring at the pregnancy test, I set myself a pretty lofty income goal of creating £10,000 per month passive income through property investing in 18 months, my Big WHY was so I could quit my job and be at home with my boy.
My 18-month sprint to FREEDOM saw me wildly pursue something that was pretty darn scary and at times felt unattainable.
I did it, and yes it almost killed me. Hence why I checked out of London and live pretty simply in the country with roaming ponies 🙂.
